Crockpot Scalloped Tators n Ham

  • 3 lbs medium-sized potatoes (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar
  • 1 cup cooked ham (chopped into cubes)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water

In a small bowl, mix the soup and water.  In the crockpot, combine the potatoes, onion, cheese and ham. Pour the soup mix over potato mixture. Cover and cook on high for at least 4 hours or until the potatoes are tender. Stir well before serving.

  1. I will definitely give this a go. I love crokcpot recipes, they're so easy and hassle free. Good thing my kids and hubby are loving it,too! lol! With this recipe, I'll probably add more ham, my kids simply loved it. I'd rather the flavor to overcome the potatoes because that sounds like a lot of potatoes there. Anyway, I'm quite sure that this will become part of my regular crockpot menu, thanks for sharing! :)
