Meal Plan April 15 - 21, 2013

Here’s our meal plan for the week…

 

For breakfast this week:

Sis is opting for toast
Brandon is opting for cereal
and I am opting for Greek Yogurt again, I think.

 

For lunch this week:

The kids will be packing their lunches for school, as usual.
I have no idea what I’ll be having this week.  I think I’ll just grab some Healthy Choice meals at the store today.

 

For dinner this week:

 

Monday

  • Taco Night

 

Tuesday

  • Chicken Broccoli Fettuccini Alfredo (my recipe is here)

  • salad

  • garlic toast

 

Wednesday

dinner

  • Salisbury Steak (We ended up skipping this last week)

  • Rice

  • Steamed veggies

 

Thursday

Friday

  • Fend Fo Yo Self!

 

Sunday

  • No idea – I think we’ll just wing it come Sunday.

 

So that’s it for us this week.  Amount spent at the grocery – Don’t know yet, its 8am Sunday morning and I haven’t gone to the store yet. ha
